The Doobie Brothers are an iconic fixture in our musical landscape and the soundtrack of our lives. They are celebrating their 50th anniversary with an upcoming tour that will span over 19 cities across the United States and Canada. Patrick Simmons is a founding member of the Grammy Award Winning, Platinum-Selling; Rock & Roll Hall of Fame band and I was honored to speak with him on this new episode of “takin ‘a walk”.

Patrick takes us through the history of The Doobies, and he discusses their new album “Walk This Road”, with the title track featuring the great Mavis Staples.
