One of Lynn and my favorite things to do with both “Music Saved Me” and “takin ‘a walk” is to shine a light on the good work done by so many people in so many communities. Simon Davies is one of those people. He is the Executive Director of Teen Cancer America; an amazing organization that helps hospitals and healthcare professionals bridge the gap between pediatric and adult oncology care and aims to educate and support hospitals and outpatient facilities in the development of specialized units for teens and young adults. Founded by Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend, Simon and his team know the healing power of music and he discusses it in this episode.
